Catellani & Smith Luce che dipinge Catellani & Smith Luce che dipinge

The Catellani & Smith Luce che dipinge is a wall lamp. "Luce che dipinge" literally means "light that paints". And that also applies very well to this wall lamp which was designed in 2002 by Enzo Catellani. It consists of a blank canvas, from which at the top a long, black light arm protrudes. This light arm has a flex structure. This allows the light to be re-oriented to the canvas.

At the end of the light arm, a black bulb cover enclosing a lamp is attached. The bulb cover can be repeatedly re-deformed. By any re-deforming of the bulb cover and the mobility of the flex structure you can create with the light of the wall lamp ever new light and shadow games on the canvas, just as you like it.

The canvas has height and width of 50 cm. As lamps is inclusive for the Luce che dipinge a low-voltage LED lamp which is exchangeable.
